Simple Schedule

Add your Google account to your iPhone first: Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Google, with Calendars turned on. Then, in Simple Schedule, choose that calendar under Settings → Publish To. Your iPhone syncs the events to Google on its own.
Those alerts come from Apple's Calendar app, based on traffic, and Simple Schedule sets your events up for them:
Publish or update the month, and Calendar handles the rest.
It's how Simple Schedule recognizes the events it created, so it can update them instead of making duplicates. Tap Open on it to jump to that day in Simple Schedule. Please leave it in place.
Yes. Touch and hold the day. Under This Day you can change its times, location, and notes, or slide it earlier or later, and the template and other days stay as they are. Tap Update Calendar to publish the change.
No. Each scheduled day is tied to exactly one calendar event. Publishing again updates that event, erasing a day removes it, and days that haven't changed are left alone.
iOS's "Add Events Only" option lets an app add events but never read, change or remove them. Simple Schedule needs more than that to show what's already on your calendar, to keep the events it publishes up to date, and to let you edit or delete events from the day view. It never changes your other events unless you edit them yourself.
Settings → Show in Month, then pick the calendars. Their events appear as small dots on each day. Touch and hold a day, or choose the View tool, to see the events, and tap one to edit or delete it.
Simple Schedule doesn't copy changes back from Calendar. The event keeps your edit until you change that day in Simple Schedule and tap Update Calendar, which rewrites it to match the app. If you delete a published event in Calendar, the next update puts it back, because the day is still on your schedule. Erase the day in Simple Schedule to remove it for good.
Each scheduled day keeps the times it had when you placed it, so editing a template never silently rewrites your history. When you save the change, Simple Schedule asks whether to update upcoming days as well. Past days are never changed.
Yes. Your schedule stays in the app, and the ••• menu on the Schedule tab can export a month as an .ics file. To publish again, allow Full Access in Settings → Apps → Simple Schedule → Calendars.
